Terms & Conditions — 77gaya Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 77gaya Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as your account remains active.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service offered by 77gaya. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 77gaya employs age verification procedures at the KYC stage, and any account reasonably suspected of belonging to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player are void and will not be paid out.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

77gaya is operated for and marketed to players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local regulations. 77gaya makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 77gaya Platform. Opening a second account — whether in the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any duplicate account, together with all balances it holds, may be closed and forfeited without notice.

2.4 Personal Use

Your 77gaya account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or share your login credentials with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of 77gaya services, including real-money wagering and withdrawals, you are required to register a personal account and complete the identity verification process described in this section.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must select a strong, unique password and must not share it with any third party. 77gaya recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 77gaya support immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing a Player's first withdrawal request, 77gaya is required to verify the Player's identity. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of the mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposit;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), where requested.

77gaya reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including where there is a material change in account activity or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or bKash/Nagad account number — you must update your account profile or notify 77gaya support promptly. Delays caused by outdated account information are not the responsibility of 77gaya.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77gaya Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77gaya supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including mobile financial services and bank transfers.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits via mobile financial services are credited to a Player's account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours to be reflected in the account balance, depending on the originating bank's processing times.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 77gaya does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Any fees levied by the Player's mobile financial service provider or bank are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's account. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 77gaya reserves the right to apply additional identity verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit characteristics consistent with suspicious financial activity.

4.3 Player-Owned Accounts Only

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts (bKash numbers, bank accounts, etc.) registered in the Player's own name and matching the name on the 77gaya account. Transactions from or to third-party accounts are not permitted. Any withdrawal request to a payment account not registered in the Player's verified name will be declined pending re-verification.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

77gaya maintains an anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework. Transactions that appear unusual in volume, frequency, or pattern may be subject to enhanced review. 77gaya reserves the right to temporarily withhold funds pending investigation where AML checks are triggered. Players are expected to cooperate with any reasonable request for documentation during such reviews.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 77gaya offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

77gaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are available to Players who are not self-excluded and who have not previously violated these Terms. 77gaya's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on the 77gaya Platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and specialty games such as Mines Grand.

6.1 Game Availability and Fairness

All games on the 77gaya Platform are supplied by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using independently audited RNG technology or is delivered live from regulated studio environments. 77gaya does not modify game logic, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, or individual game outcomes.

6.2 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is considered confirmed and binding once the Platform has accepted it and issued a confirmation to the Player. Bets placed during connection interruptions or technical errors may be voided at 77gaya's discretion where the integrity of the bet cannot be confirmed. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's balance.

6.3 Sports and Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets at 77gaya cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international bilateral series. Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is accepted. In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at 77gaya's discretion in the event of an incident that materially affects the outcome of the market (for example, a rain delay, a player retirement, or an official review).

In the event of a result being altered by an official governing body (such as the ICC or BCB) after initial settlement, 77gaya reserves the right to re-settle affected markets in accordance with the revised official result. The Player's recourse in such cases is limited to re-settlement in line with the official outcome; no additional compensation will be offered.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the game interface or betting slip. 77gaya reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons.

6.5 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, 77gaya reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. No winnings arising from a demonstrably erroneous game state will be honoured. 77gaya will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve technical disputes within five business days.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 77gaya Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Allowing a third party to access, operate, or place bets through your account;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by 77gaya;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in a live game or sports betting market;
• Using the Platform for any activity related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying software or source code of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77gaya support staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals via your bank or mobile financial service provider in bad faith.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

77gaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to the circumstances described below.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by 77gaya

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Duplicate account detection;
• Provision of materially false registration information;
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the Player;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure.

8.2 Effect of Closure on Balance

Where an account is closed by 77gaya due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is substantiated, real-money deposits that have not been wagered may be returned at 77gaya's discretion; winnings derived from play during the period of breach may be forfeited.

Where an account is voluntarily closed by the Player (including via self-exclusion), any withdrawable real-money balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method after completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

8.3 Player-Initiated Closure

A Player wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 77gaya support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be paid out in accordance with the standard withdrawal process after identity verification is confirmed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77gaya excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following categories.

9.1 Gaming Losses

77gaya is not liable for any financial losses incurred by a Player as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and all bets and wagers are placed entirely at the Player's own risk. Players are strongly encouraged to set deposit and loss limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard.

9.2 Technical Disruptions

77gaya does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors or technical defects at all times. 77gaya shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform, including scheduled maintenance windows, unscheduled outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

9.3 Third-Party Content

Games on the 77gaya Platform are supplied by third-party providers. 77gaya does not accept liability for errors, malfunctions, or inaccuracies in third-party game software that are outside 77gaya's reasonable control. In such circumstances, 77gaya's liability is limited to returning the affected stake to the Player's balance.

9.4 Indirect Losses

In no event shall 77gaya be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 77gaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

77gaya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 77gaya will endeavour to notify Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with a Player's account. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.3 above.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 77gaya Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77gaya with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
